About Us

Established during the mid 90’s Alliance Environmental Cleaning Services Ltd started by offering specialist one off services to commercial clients, these services included resilient flooring maintenance, carpet cleaning and sports hall floor refurbishment.

As our reputation grew we were increasingly asked to provide routine daily cleaning services to our customer’s premises.

Since then we have concentrated on providing professional and cost effective daily cleaning solutions augmented by more specialist services when required.

Originally based in Snodland Kent the company has now moved its main offices to new premises in Maidstone with a branch office in Essex near Stansted Airport.

As well as being committed to our customers we are committed to our staff. We recognise that only by employing trained, motivated and well rewarded people can we provide our customers with the service they expect. AECS now employs over 200 trained part and full time staff throughout the region.

Management of our teams is undertaken by the 3 directors, each being responsible for a section of the business; they are further supported by field based supervisors. This ensures a flat management structure facilitating high quality control, responsibility, swift communication and quick decision making. Included in this process are regular quality audits, training and customer review meetings.

Our aim is simple – Provide a cost effective, pro-active cleaning service to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
